When I originally placed my order via layaway, I wasn't sure which address was on my bank account and when I put the one that wasn't on file, it denied my purchase and made me gave what was listed on their records. Lol Make sure the spelling of the address is correct.

When I click on my order status a receipt similar to the ones that are emailed each month opens in a new window.and the goal is for you to get your tickets, not lose them. It shows my updated billing address, but it still shows my old address as the mailing address.However, I emailed them on Monday to find out why my charge hadn't gone through last week and Greg, from Frontgate, replied saying it takes 5-7 days to process and that I "should not be concerned".That's 5-7 BUSINESS days, which would mean MONDAY (the 12th), which is outside of that 10 day window they give us (if they mean days and not business days).
